Roon Ready PS Audio DAC not showing up in Settings [Resolved - updated firmware for the Directstream]

Our new Directstream DAC is not showing up in Settings/Audio/ as an available Roon Ready device. On the DAC LCD screen the network icon is “green,” which means it is connected to the network. When we go into network settings, we see it is pulling a good IP address and has a good Subnet and Primary DNS. The gateway and secondary DNS are set to 0.0.0.0 as set up by the DAC’s DHCP settings, which seems odd to me, but it is showing as connected to network.

Any thoughts on how to find it on the Roon Ready devices and add to Roon?

What version of firmware is running on the DAC? You need to be running Torreys or Huron in order fro Roon to see the DAC. Is it possible that the firmware is older?

PS Audio provided an updated firmware for the Directstream that we needed to upgrade via MConnect. Problem solved. Thanks!
