Roon refusing to pick up a certain album during scan [RESOLVED]

Bit odd this one. Roon absolutely refuses to import a particular album…here’s the folder contents:

There’s nothing unusual about the folder or contents and the tracks play just fine in other software. I’ve tried moving it away and back but no joy. Any thoughts please? Thanks.

Do you have a another version ripped?

Do you have some sort of Elton John Collection that it might have been sucked into by mistake?

If you search for the tracks are they showing up somewhere?

It may be worth moving it out of the watched folder, cleaning up the library and then put it back in the watched folder (if you haven’t tried this already - the cleaning being the essential bit).

Thanks for the tips. After much futzing I’ve realised that Roon doesn’t support multi-channel FLAC files (I forgot this version is in surround). BIt of a shame that. Guess I’ll need to convert it to stereo.

I do wonder at 3GB alright.
That explains it.

Yeah, really sad that we have to convert multichannel in order to even have it show up.

Indeed. Definitely one for the wish list.
