Describe the issue

I had to replace my Eversolo 6 Gen 2 & couldn't get it to connect Roon. After trying many simpler fixes on the Eversolo & my Roon Server (on PC), I grudgingly decided to delete Roon from my PC & do a fresh reinstall. It has downloaded and found my account but won't go any further than the screen that says it could take a few seconds but if necessary, click on Redirect. that's where the (re)Install is sticking...

Describe your network setup

Dell PC, new Eversolo DMP-6 Gen 2, Eero 7 mesh system, Spectrum 1 gig internet. It was working fine before the previous Eversolo knob stopped functioning and they replaced it with a new one which is working for every but not Roon.

Hi @Richard_Gottlieb,

Please verify that RoonServer.exe, RAATServer.exe, and any other Roon-related processes you see are added to the Windows Defender safelist. Let us know if this helps.

If not, we’ll need a screenshot of the page where you’re currently stuck in order to assist precisely. Please share that here when you have a chance and we’ll proceed from there.

If you have a reliable Backup of Roon already, you can fully delete and reinstall the Roon GUI and database and reinstall. First, find your database location, and then delete the RoonServer and Roon folders respectively. Reinstall Roon from our website afterwards.
