It looks like the Samsung J3 does not support OpenGL ES 3.0. As noted in the 1.7 release notes

Note that we now require OpenGL ES 3.0 support on Android

Unfortunately, since this device does not support OpenGL ES 3.0, it will not be able to install Roon. You have our apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Dylan, it’s not so bad - I try my Win10 Notebook till ihave a new smartphone. I suggest to pay an Motorola G7, Android 9.
It`s O.K.?
