Describe the issue

I am using legacy product Roon 1.8 server on a Pink Faun audio streamer running windows 10 pro 32 bit.
The Streamer is linked via ethernet to my router.
On my Iphone I have Roon Remote 1.8 connected via WiFi to the same network as the streamer.
Currently the Remote cannot find the server any more. Is this due to the Legacy product? All used to work perfectly with exceptional sound quality.
All software have been reinstalled, firewalls stopped, network adresses checked, all in good order.

Hey @Chris_Berghmans,

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear about your issues finding your Roon Server. With being on the legacy version, I do want to note that our scope of support is limited and our development team is no longer pushing software fixes/enchancements.

Our servers are having a difficult time communicating with your Server machine, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Thank you!
