Hello @Chi_Chung_Fung ,

Thanks for reaching out. I am looking over your account diagnostic details, but I do not see an Antipodes server at all. Are you still able to access the Antipodes web admistration tool? Does it show as running properly there?

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, i can access the antipodes web admistration tool. I also have re-started roon from antipodes web admistration tool.. But it still cannot fix my issue

Hi @Chi_Chung_Fung,

We’re reaching out to confirm whether you’ve had a chance to upload server logs. We’ll proceed from there. Thank you!

Antipodes audio just check k50 through remote support session. It seem to be hardware issue of my k50. Then I will arrange to send it to antipodes audio to repair

Hello @Chi_Chung_Fung,

Thank you for the update — and for confirming that Antipodes were able to review the K50G4 via a remote support session and that this now appears to be a hardware-related issue on the unit.

Once the K50G4 is back and repaired, if you still see any issues with Roon Remote connectivity, please start a new support thread and let us know:

  • the exact date/time (local) when the issue occurs
  • whether any other remotes can connect
  • and (if possible) a brief description of your network topology

We’ll be happy to pick it up from there.

Thanks again, and we hope the repair goes smoothly.
