Description of Issue

I have a few issues,

  1. my Cambridge CXN V2 system is connected in another room via Ethernet but my PC is connected to another wall socket in my office where Roon is installed. Roon cannot find my CXN…
  2. Roon remote was working but does not work anymore, Roon Ark always works well (connected via wifi)

How can I benefit to contect my CXN V2 and use Cambridge remote to pilot it?

Thank you.

  1. Verify that your Roon Server and Cambridge device are on the same network segment.
  2. Verify that your PC is public
  3. Test by turning off the firewall on the PC and see if the Cambridge shows up. If so, then verify that Roonserver, RAATserver, roon and roonappliance are all allowed through the firewall.
