Roon Remote cannot connect Roon Core

Windows 10 v20H2 Pro, HP Probook 640 G2, core i5-6300U CPU , 8.0gb RAM

Network Details

Bell Router , on Wifi , over 300 mbps

Audio Devices

Laptop via wifi , using a NAD C368 with BluOS installed . The Roon Core recognized the Bluos and I was able to play music from my Roon library

Library Size

1462 Tracks on the laptop

Description of Issue

I cannot connect the Roon Remote to the core. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times on my Apple iphone XR several times. Turned on and off the Norton Firewall and and still the Roon Remote cannot find the Roon Core and connect

I am very sorry that it took us this long to get back to you. I appreciate you letting us know what you have already tried in your efforts to connect your Roon Remote to your Core…

Other than the firewall, do you by any chance have an anti-virus? Could you please disable that as well?

Also, if you navigate in Roon to Settings → General, is the Allow Remote Connections toggled on?
