@Tom_Russell, what issue do you have?

After clicking on ROON REMOTE on my Ipad Roon ask’s me to connect to the CORE
which is ready.then it starts to find the Core. Then I receive this message.

Make sure your core is on the same subnet as the remote. Since you’ve provided the details requested in the support template, it’s not possible to diagnose exactly what’s going on. However, if the core is connected to the ATT modem, and the remote to the Orbi, each might be on a separate subnet. If possible, try connecting the core to the Orbi.

I do not understand what you want

When I click on ROON on my IPAD it asks me to connect to the CORE which is displayed and says it is ready.It tries to find the core for about 20 seconds and then displays uhoh something is wrong.
