Dear Team,
I was planning to get roon subscription. Current on 14 days free trial. I had installed roon software on Windows 10 pro laptop with i7 processor and 16 gb ram. Roon works well on the laptop. However, roon remote [iPhone and Android Tab] does not connect to roon core. Roon is allowed through windows firewall. All devices connected to the same network.

Best thing to try is to uninstall the app on your iPhone and Android TAB (you can start with only one of course).
Then re-install and see if it connects now.

I’m sorry about the trouble you ran into. We’d love to help.
You mentioned Roon being added as an exception to your firewall, could you please temporarily disable it altogether? Same for any antivirus you might have enabled. Does it work then?
