What are the IP addresses of your remotes? They must be on the same subnet as the Nucleus. It’s possible that the Orbi‘s wifi puts them onto a different one.
… the subnet is most likely 192.168.1, and so the remotes must have IPs in this subnet, 192.168.1.x where x is any number 1…255 (except 20 because this is the Nucleus)
It’s not impossible that your Nucleus is running out of RAM, which would lead to crashes. Roon recommends a Nucleus up to 100K tracks and a Nucleus+ above 100K, so you are on the edge and specifics of the library setup could make a difference. You could try doubling the RAM
My Nucleus+ also not working properly since yesterday. I can reach the GUI and it shows OK on all system status entries. I have tried multiple reboots, restarts etc but still can’t connect from desktop, iPad or iPhone. I’ve also tried re-installing apps. This problem was preceded by metadata paused error messages starting 24 hours earlier.
I do not know whether this is related; at least it is very strange. As I have not been able to connect, I tried to set up a core on my desktop pc. But this also does not work. After implementing a backup, I got a „you need to relaunch the core,“ and since then the desktop computer does not find this core as well. What is going on here? Everything is on the same subnet, has fixed ips, I checked that.
I wanted to check in on this thread and see if you were still running into issues? Let me know your status, and if the issue persists, a fresh timestamp would be helpful.
