Description of Issue
have tried to connect with remote on iPhone and MacBook – says
“Waiting for your Roon server”
I have used web interface to reinstall OS etc
Roon remote says Update required
Your Nucleus runs the earlyaccess version of Roon but your MacBook is using production. That is why you see the “Update required”. It means that you need to “update” (actually change) your Roon installation on the MacBook to earlyaccess too to be able to access your Nucleus – or revert the installation on your Nucleus to production, should you choose to do so.
