Description of Issue
Just restored my ROCK. So the software build is quite old. Attempting to update to newer build but it just can’t. Any idea?
Try using the Web Administration interface to reinstall the Operating System - this should pull in the latest build without destroying your database and settings.
Doesn’t work! Once attempted to reinstall the OS, this happened again!
After reinstalled/restore the ROCK once more…
Now the update is stuck - taking forever to download. Networking surely isn’t an issue - Qobuz is playing just fine.

No hope still. Although the update reminder now prompts up, then error message reappears after 20secs
Really don’t know what had happened. Suddenly it manages to update itself and all is well now!
