Roon unusably slow after update

Yes, my Roon setup is very, very slow after the update. I have a Roon Nucleus +, and the slowdowns were very obvious after the update. I also noticed music would stop sometimes and I would have to press play to get it going. I rebooted the Nucleus a few times, but it didn’t help. So powered it down, let it sit awhile, and brought it back up. The dropouts were cured by doing that. (Memory leak? Hadn’t powered down the Nucleus since I installed it a couple of years ago).
