Roon search not finding album on Qobuz

Description of Issue

I’m searching for the album below and cannot find it using Roon. I know it exists because I can find it using Qobuz Desktop.

Keywords tried:

• “magaloff” → artist → all albums
• “magaloff Mendelssohn”
• “magaloff Montreux”

I do have a Qobuz Studio Duo account and it’s been synchronised with Roon a few minutes ago.

BTW there is an indexing issue with Roon: “Nikita Magaloff, pianist” should be merged with “Nikita Magaloff”

My apologies, but it’s not clear to me which particular album you are looking for. I get quite a few hits for “Magaloff” in Roon. Would you clarify?

Btw, in the past I have come across albums using the Qobuz app that didn’t show up in Roon (I’m not talking about new releases).

it’s strange because if i search: “magaloff Mendelssoh” (without N) it returns 2 albums of Magaloff:
“Piano recital: Mendelssohn” from Nikita Magaloff
“Mendelssohn: Trios” from Nikita Magaloff

But if i search for “magaloff Mendelssohn”, it returns empty!

How is it possible?

I’ve moved your post to the #support:metadata category, because I suspect that this may be a metadata issue.

I can confirm that the album is present in Qobuz, but is not appearing in his albums listed in Roon’s discography.
