Roon Server cannot connect with this version of ARC [Ticket In; Resolved with ARC Reinstall]

After reinstalling ARC is still not working.

Build 1462 on Mac mini, ARC 1.0.57 Build 300

{“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“95.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}}

Just to let know I had this same issue. I only saw it yesterday (not using ARC that much). Both Roon and ARC were on the latest version on my Apple iPhone and server. Reinstalling ARC on my phone fixed the issue.

The possibility of losing ARC downloads is my nightmare after all the hours of trouble I’ve gone through trying to download cc @connor

Same ARC behaviour since last update. Can use it if I first use offline mode and then turn that off. Though it doesnt show my latest database additions, as if it were disconnected since the last timestamp.

Can play anything in my library though.

Builds:
Roon ARC 1.0.58
Build 306

Roon Server 2.0
Build 1470

I have the same disconnect between Arc and Roon Server though both are up to date versions. Uninstalling/reinstalling Arc and wiping out downloads is not an acceptable solution.
