· I use an iMac as my room server. When I try to connect to Roon on my iMac, I’m getting a Message that says “waiting for your Roon Server. Roon is still trying to connect, but it’s taking longer than normal.” It continues spinning like it’s trying to connect, but it never does. However, on my iPhone and iPad I can call up The Roon app and all my music and tidal albums, etc. show up. So, it looks like I’m not connecting to the roon server, yet I’m able to use the apps on my devices. But, ever since this has happened, I get periodic interruptions to the streaming every so often, maybe every minute or two there’s a one second gap. I tried the living roon for my devices and then reinstalling, but that has not fixed the issue

Hello @Robert_McCleskey

Thank you for reaching out to Roon support.

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
