Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Room server could not be successfully restarted

Describe your network setup

Nucleus connected directly by Ethernet cable into Netgesr 8 port switch. Roon works fine when using my Mac as the core

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the forum. I am looking over your account but the Nucleus appears offline on our end. If you shut off the unit by pressing power button once, unplug power, leave 2 minutes, plug back in and then try to start the unit, does it work?
