It worked fine when I first started using it a week ago.

Still crashing repeatedly today (24 hours later) =(

I was in the office today and Roon Arc couldn’t connect to my home server as well which I could previously (I presume its to do with server crashing).

I’ve checked my Windows Update history and there were no feature updates (23H2 4/9/2024), quality updates (most recent 14/9/2024 KB5043076), or driver updates (SteelSeries Software Component 1.3.1.0 12/9/2024) before 20/9/2024.

I started using Roon on 14/9/2024 with no issues until 29/9/2024 =(

I’ve noticed that “Faulting module name: ntdll.dll” is a common one that pops up on the support forums. Were there any common fix to it?

This is a Windows system file, used by Roon. So I would check your Windows setup.

I noticed its faulting on ntdll.dll most of the time, followed by KERNELBASE.dll and occationally RPCRT4.dll

I’ve run sfc /scannow and DISM repairs. SFC repaired some corrupted files. Restarted PC. Still crashing on the same dlls =(
