I have a question.

I'm using Roon on my laptop and listening to music via Tidal.

The streamer is an 'ST5' from Arcam.

When I grab the Roon server with my laptop and play music, the connection works fine at first, but after about 5-10 minutes, the Roon server disconnects.

This happens repeatedly, making it difficult to listen to music.

The network shows the same symptoms on both wifi and wired.

However, if I connect to the rune server with Nucleus and play music on my laptop or phone, it plays fine.

Attached is the model name of the laptop and the symptoms when playback is interrupted.

I am another user, but need some clarification. What are you using for a Roon Server, a Nucleus or another computer? These comments are a bit confusing:

Can you elaborate here? Which devices are wired and which use WiFi?

I also have the same questions as @Robert_F. Once you get back to me with this information we can begin troubleshooting your Roon setup.
