I’m afraid we’ll need more information to take action on this post. We can see a RoonServer instance associated with your account that is currently running an outdated build. Please update to the latest production release as a first step.
From there, please describe how RoonServer is connected to the internet, including all relevant network hardware and connections. We’ll need to know what equipment sits between the affected Roon devices and your server and its relative configuration.
What is the device you’re using that is losing connection? Are you relying on WiFi or ethernet with this device?
