My Roon Core is installed on a Synology NAS DS1515+. Recently, I’ve encountered issues when logging into the Roon app, as I am unable to access the menu page. The page displays my NAS DS1515+, and after clicking the connect button and selecting my account [email removed by staff] to log in, the app page redirects back to the login page. I have tried multiple times and on both iPhone 16 Pro and iPad Pro, but I still cannot log in normally. Help!

Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. I removed your email address from this post as this is a public forum. From what you describe you are encountering a login loop. Usually this is caused by browser settings blocking cookies or pop-ups. There are 2 ways around this you can either use a different browser to sign in or change the privacy settings on your default browser to allow cookies and popups from Roon. Please let us know if you need any additional help with this.
