Hi @phurinath,

Thank you for the report and for your patience. If you’re still encountering this issue, please try fully refreshing your RoonServer database:

  • Make a Backup of your current RoonServer Database
  • Exit out of RoonServer
  • Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
  • Reinstall the RoonServer App from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer folder
  • On the Roon Remotes, press “Use another Roon Server” and connect to the new database

I have the same issue windows 11 on msi laptop

Tried delete all data in /user/appdata/local/roonserver & roon & raat
Reinstall and same server not responding

anti-virus Off
Firewall Off

If using Roon Lagacy 1.8 with old version of server it will work fine

7 months later it still issue :confused:
After trying to update to latest roon version it’s same issue

Already tried clean install from appdata/local/ and download latest roon version. And same Server not responding show in Roon System tray icon when i right click on it
