· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

I've changed my router at home and at the same time updated Roon server to the latest. now Roon server (Nucleus+) cannot detect audio zones. I have Wiim Pro roon ready source as well, not detected. RoonARC is also started not working.
I might have been missing a router configuration but could not identify it, or there is a change in the latest update.

Hey @Adnan_Senyurt,

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report.

This is most likely the cause behind your issue. Can you please access your router settings and review your devices list? Check to see if your Nucleus and other Roon devices and endpoints are on the same local subnet within your network. Note that Roon products aren’t able to work across multiple subnets, here’s more information on this:

If you haven’t yet, I’d also stop Roon Server from running via the webUI of your Nucleus, and then power both your Nucleus and your router down, and reboot them.

Let me know if this helps!

Same subnet fix worked well. Thanks a lot!
