Roon Server on Windows Server 2016

Hi, I installed Roon Server on a Server 2016 machine and the Roon Client on my iPad can see the server, but connection fails. Any ideas? Will the Roon Server installation automatically open the required firewall ports and add the needed firewall rules? If not, what settings are needed? Thank you!

Opening these ports did the trick for me.
UDP 9003 and
TCP 9100-9200

Thanks. Is it possible to limit these to Roon only? For security reasons…

Don’t know. These are the ports listed for Roon. It’s somewhere on this forum, you can try a search and see if you find the thread or @support can chip in.

thanks for this tip! in Server 2019 I was not able to see RoonBridge. Turned off Firewall and solved!
