Roon Server unresponsive during metadata lookup (ref#SI58HQ)

· After the December update, no issues back in August

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· ARCAM ST60, ARCAM AV860, WiiM Pro, Wiim Pro Plus (all Roon Ready certified)

Roon Server locks up and stops playing music or being responsive when looking up metadata it cannot find

Roon Server and all playback devices are on the same switch and subnet

The most expedited path for us to investigate is for you to share a copy of your database (zipped RoonServer folder) with our QA team. Please take the following steps at your convenience:
