@xstatic, Roon has made significant changes over the past two years. I recommend you download a fresh copy of Roon here and install over your current Windows version:
While installed simultaneously, Roon has separated the Roon Server application from the Roon application, the latter now running only as a graphical front-end to the Roon Server app. Roon Server needs to be started and running on your Windows 10 PC, but there is no graphical way to see that it is running; the Roon app will confirm this. This is explained here:
