Roon Server upgrade prompts for a new subscription despite lifetime subscription (ref#8E33XX)

I have upgraded my roon server and I am receiving a page that says I need a new subscription. I have a life time subscription.

Thanks for writing in! Based on your account, it looks like you’ve recently used your Windows 10 as a Roon Server as well, perhaps there may be some confusion between devices - @DDPS has shared the proper KB above, are you able to unauthorize your Windows 10 that was previously running Roon Server?

From there, you should be able to set your ROCK up properly without any prompts to setup a second license.
