I attempted to download the Roonlab software to my iMac desktop, so as to initiate the trial period. I received no further prompts and was unable to evaluate the Roon music management program. I am hoping that @support will be able to offer a quick resolution.

Thanks for contacting us regarding this issue, just to confirm you have downloaded the software from our OSX download link (http://download.roonlabs.com/builds/Roon.dmg) and have installed it? Does the Roon Application open successfully and prompt you for your account details at login screen? Does Roon show any error message that you have been unable to log in? Please let me know when possible.
