· I re-subscribed to the subscription. I installed the roon software from the homepage, filled in the previous account, and was accepted. However, the software does not start.

· I don't use VPN. I can't think of any problems with the home network. In order to resume subscriptions this time, instead of the free trial button on the roon homepage, I selected the roon software from the multiple software displayed at the bottom of the homepage, installed it, and launched it. I filled in the account during the operation, but was there a problem with the order? In addition, the computer is a Mac Mini.
