Please ask a member of your team with an iPhone to replicate this behaviour:
Select iPhone as your zone, set volume at say 50%, minimise Roon app, go back to Roon app and boom! volume is at 100%.
Edit: forgot to add that this behaviour does not affect my iPad. Only my iPhone 13 Pro
Happening with Roon ready devices as well. Not just iPhone. Same bug as before
Yes, I have the same problem. Roon is once again hijacking iOS volume on my iPhone 12 and setting it at 100%. I had the problem previously and it had been fixed by a Roon update. But it seems the latest update has brought it back again.
I’ve been waiting to hear back about this from @support for a month now. This could cause damage to hardware or even someone’s hearing!
