· For many years, I have been using Roon on a QNAP NAS. I have never had any problems with it. Today, none of my devices could connect to the server. I logged into the QNAP, checked the Roon application, and found that its status was "Stopped." I don't know why this happened or what I can do about it.

· I’m using a local network: a QNAP server and a Huawei router. No part of the network has changed for over a year. The Roon server shut down today.

You can use the forum search to find answers to questions that arise when switching to the Docker installation as already some time has passed since the change so most of the questions have already been asked and answered since then.
Telling truth I was not concious that I am sending anything to the forum. I tought that I am contacting with Roon Support. I am not very familiar with all the computer/network things.
Installing RoonServer with Docker is out of my competence. Container Station dont start on my QNAP and I don’t know why.
Instaling RoonServer with QNAP app gallery was simple and similar as instaling anything on Windows or Android.
Do you know how to contact with Roon Support?
I woul like to cancel my subscription and refund my money if I can’t use Roon anymore.
As someone having never used Docker before and was pretty reserved in the first place, i can assure you, installation is doable, if you only you got Container Station to be working and have figured out the names of the folders, where your music and backups are.
The QNAP package you were using is no longer the supported way to run Roon Server on QNAP, and the current setup is to use Docker through Container Station. The steps are laid out here: Installing RoonServer on QNAP with Docker.
If Container Station is not starting on the NAS, that is the first thing we need to sort out before Roon Server can run again. Could you tell us the exact QNAP model and QTS version, and whether Container Station shows any error message when you try to open it?
