Did you try logging out of tidal, rebooting the core, then logging into tidal… if that doesn’t work you could try clearing the Tidal cache.

Hey @fernand_lambert, Please follow these steps: Shutdown your Roon Core Find and open your Roon database Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal Regards, Dylan
