Hi @JUAN_PEDRO_MORGA,
Thanks for taking the time to write in! Sorry to hear about your playback issues with Qobuz.
In the future, please provide more details about your network setup. Since the issue you’re experiencing is related to your connection to upstream services like Qobuz, having this information would likely help us get to a solution faster. Thank you!
Does this issue occur no matter the endpoint you’re attempting to play music from?
We’re seeing the following error during playback, linked to your microRendu:
Sonore microRendu @ 192.168.1.46:43543] [raatclient] GOT [6] {"message":"RAAT__OUTPUT_PLUGIN_STATUS_FORMAT_NOT_SUPPORTED","status":"UnexpectedError"}
And
Warn: [jpmorga] [zoneplayer/raat] Failed to prepare Sonore microRendu in 15000ms. Giving up
How do you have your microRendu connected to your Roon Server? I’d also be curious to see the audio device settings you have setup for the endpoint as well.
In the meantime, see if you’re able to set up a more simplified network chain, and get a direct ethernet connection from your server to your router, and from the microRendu to your router as well, and see if you’re still running into issues.
Thank you!
