Just been playing a Quboz playlist and stopped playing after the third track, timed at 15:27 on 06/01/2026

Thanks for the update! Could you please bring your Roon Server back online? We’re struggling to enable diagnostics for your machine.
With that, are you running any third party anti-virus or firewall software on your server machine? If so, you’ll want to ensure Roon, Roon Server and RAATServer have been properly whitelisted.

Thanks for the additional information - we’re only seeing an instance of your Windows machine running Roon Server.
With that, can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs from the Nucleus to our File Uploader ? Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!

I cannot seem to locate the nucleus on my laptop to send the server logs.

And just to confirm - do you have a hardwire ethernet connection from your Nucleu directly to your primary router?

I managed to complete up to step 5 on Windows Pro, however i cannot see the following on my desktop to complete step 6.
Those instructions are wrong (as has been pointed out a while back to Roon Labs). Please follow the instructions given in this Microsoft article:
