Description of Issue

This problem of the music just stopping happens on either the core of remote. It does not matter if I am using a Samsung smartphone to control the system. This has been a problem for a few weeks but it is not getting better. It happens everyday whether I am using Qobuz or Home Library.

I appreciate any ideas.

Thanks for your patience while our team works through each thread! Digging right into your issue - can you provide more information around your network setup, and how your core is connected to your network?

I would first test out hardwiring your core directly to your router via ethernet and let me know if your issue persists. If it does, please share the track title, as well as the date and time. Thanks! :pray:

I had problems with few seconds interruption and stop playing music, too after first setup roon core at home. In the end I changed the 5 GHz wifi channel from 112 (my router’s choice) to 48 - no problems anymore.
