To help us figure out exactly what is causing this roadblock, we will need a little more detail about your setup and the exact symptoms you are seeing. Could you please provide some more information?
Streaming Service: Which streaming service(s) are you using (TIDAL, Qobuz, KKBOX), and are you able to play music directly through their native apps or websites without issue?
Troubleshooting: Have you already tried going to Settings > Services in Roon, logging out of your streaming service, and logging back in to refresh the connection?
System Details: You mentioned “Innuos” — is your Innuos device acting as your Roon Server, or is it just being used as an audio endpoint?
Network Setup: Could you please tell us the make and model of your actual network router, and how the Innuos is connected to it (Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi)?

Good afternoon and thank you for your response. I have spoken to the retailer who sold me various units. I have upgraded my Innuos server which now is able to stream Qobuz via Naim components therefore Roon is now functioning. Again thank you for your support.
