Describe the issue

I can't get past the login: each time I activate Roon it wants to connect to my Roon server, which is my Mac, and then I click connect it goes to the account login. It recognises me, but then when I select my account it goes back to the login screen.

Describe your network setup

Roon runs on a Apple Mac, which also serves as the Roon server. It is connected via Wifi. (ps. It worked OK a week ago)

Hello @Jan_Timmer,

After you select your account on the

page, please check whether your browser shows a popup asking to open Roon (for example “Open Roon?” or a request to allow

to open this application). If it does, please click Open or Allow, and let us know whether Roon logs in after that. If no popup appears, please tell us which browser you are using.

Hello @Jan_Timmer,

Just checking in on this, have you had a chance to try the account.roon.app page again and see whether the browser offers to open Roon? If no popup appears, please tell us which browser you are using so we can narrow down where the login loop is getting stuck. Reply with any update when you are ready.

Please note, if we don’t hear back from you this thread may close automatically soon. If the thread auto-closes and you need further assistance, please submit a reopen support request via the technical support help form below and specify that the issue should be reopened. Thank you.
