I just enabled diagnostics mode for your account, but I am not seeing any reports come in, is your Roon Core powered on and active?

Yes, and it’s still scanning those 6 files. Do I need to open any ports on my router or something?

No you shouldn’t have to open any ports on your router. Can you try rebooting your Core?
In the interest of saving some back and forth messages, if you can manually upload the logs using these instructions to a shared Dropbox/Google Drive/Firefox Send link, that would we helpful.

Thank you for sending those log files over. I believe the album that’s causing this issue here is:
Bernard Haitink, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra - Mahler: The Symphonies & Song Cycles - Symphony No. 3 in D Minor

Can you let me know if this album is on Qobuz or TIDAL? After that you can remove it + reboot the Core and the issue should be resolved.
