To keep it very simple my issue is that I can find an album or song on Tidal app but not on Roon app. which I use to access Tidal.
Example is ‘turn the page’ by Metallica is available on tidal app but not Roon. Pretty big deal to me. Tim

My assumption is that you were looking for the “Garage Inc.” album when searching for “Turn the page”, however, both TIDAL and ROON have the track featured, but it is going to be found on the “25th Anniversary: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame” compilation album.
From TIDAL:

“TURN THE PAGE” track listing…
From ROON:
Searching METALLICA…
As you can see the “25th Anniversary: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame” compilation album is appearing under “With Various Artists” on Metallica’s page in Roon, which matches the same the content that is available in TIDAL.
