Description of Issue

Bluesound Node end point in listing room. All working perfectly. But, cannot connect with Denon AVR in living room. Roon shows connected, but cannot select on AVR. AVR plays iTunes on Airplay through WiFi fine. I see no notice that Roon cannot play through WiFI on approved AVRs, but cannot find how to actually do it.

That model is Roon Tested.
That means Roon has successfully streamed to it’s inbuilt DAC from an off board streamer.
It does not mean Roon will see it as a streaming endpoint.

How are you connected to it?

Airplay may work.

Where is your Roon Core located?
On the iMac I assume?
What do you see when you open settings:audio for new zones that might need to be enabled?
A screenshot would help I think.

In settings - Audio do you have an entry there under roon tested for the Denon AVR via Airplay? I have it for my Denon AVR-X8500X. Should be the same.

Important to understand that Roon Tested and Roon Ready are two different things.
