Roon Track Radio Repeats Tracks and Poor Discovery (ref#BJL02M)

Dear Roon support Team,
In the last few months, I have been experiencing a very weak Roon track radio experience. A while ago it was perfect, the track radio matched the correct content and always discovered new tracks, but not anymore, something happened to it. Now it always repeats tracks even if I am skipping them, the new track discovery has become very poor, it started to play tracks from my library during the track radio which is sometimes not even genre-related. Overall the Roon radio experience has become very poor especially compared to Tidal, where, a while ago Roon radio was far better, one of the reasons is why I subscribed to Roon is because of that amazing Roon's feature to discover new music, but these days Tidal radio seems to be far better I found myself start using Tidal connect more frequently than ever.
Is there anything in my Roon settings that can affect this? Or?
Please advise.

Thanks for writing in to ask about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
