· Recently our Roon said it was trying to connect but taking longer than normal. But, it still isn’t able to connect. Our router is working fine and other devices work fine. Just not roon

Thanks for reaching out.

We’re seeing that your Nucleus has not communicated with our servers for the past ~18 hours, which explains why Roon is stuck trying to connect even though your router and other devices appear to be working normally.

To help us understand what’s happening on the Nucleus itself, please try the following:

  1. Connect the Nucleus to a TV or monitor via HDMI
  2. Power it on and wait for a few minutes
  3. Take a photo of whatever appears on the screen (system info, IP address, error message, or even a blank screen)

This will tell us whether:

  • the Nucleus is booting correctly
  • it has an IP address
  • it’s encountering a startup or network issue at the OS level

Once you’ve shared the photo, we can advise on the next steps right away.
