Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is not seeing my music folder on my NAS. Everything was working normally. Then I went away for a few weeks. When I returned, Roon is no longer seeing the NAS.
I've rebooted the Roon server and the NAS, verified that SMB is enabled and that all necessary permissions are in place. I've tried connecting using both Windows (\\SynologyNAS\Music) and Mac formatting (smb://SynologyNAS/Music). I've also tried connecting using the IP address. When I try to connect without username and password, I get an "unexpected error". When I add the username and password, the error becomes "unauthorized".

· An ASUS mesh network using 2 ZenWiFi ET8 routers. Approximately 30 devices connected to the network, both wired and wireless. 3 Netgear switches for the wired connections.
