This happens after every macOS update as the network permission is not retained. You have to re-allow it, see the pinned support topic:

Since you are on macOS, this matches the stricter Local Network permission controls in recent macOS releases. Please try the following:

Check the screen of the Mac running Roon Server directly. @Jason_McHugh1 found a macOS dialog waiting there unanswered after his update, and clicking Allow brought every endpoint straight back.

Open macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network

Make sure Roon and Roon Server are both enabled

Even if they are already enabled, toggle them off and back on

Fully quit Roon Server from the macOS menu bar

Reboot your Mac

After the reboot, launch Roon again and check whether your devices are available

As a general rule, after any macOS or Roon update, refreshing that Local Network permission is the first thing to try if endpoints go missing.
