I deleted Bits from my Roonserver and from my Mac Roon file…still can’t start the Roon server software.

I split your post into its own thread. I enabled diagnostics and noticed that your ROCK is working as expected and that you played music recently. Have the issue been fully resolved or are there any lingering issues that need to be looked at? Please do let us know when you have a moment, thank you.
After the bits deletion, I was able to run Roon. I also have updated to build 1169 with no issues. thank you
