I use both. Pretty much since I first started using Roon five years ago, remote playback was my most-wanted feature. I’d been making do with Roon at home and Plex while out and about until this last update, but Roon handles albums far better than Plex ever did, so as soon as 2.0 was released, I upgraded, set up remote access, and removed my audio library from Plex.
The mobile functionality works very well, especially for a first release. Given that the Roon team’s focused on building a quality product, it’s not surprising, but it is still really nice to see. The one thing I do find a bit odd is separating remote features out into a separate app, but it’s really not a huge issue to use the ARC app instead when I’m playing things remotely.

Yeah much more capability in Roon so not a good reason to use arc at home.
