Yesterday Roon just stopped allowing access to my Lumin L2 music server.
I tried to mount my old backup QNAP music server [files], but Roon will not allow it and says “Unauthorized”.
It sounds as though you have a Roon Server running elsewhere, which is why you had the Unauthorize message when trying to start the Qnap Roon Server.
Please give full details of your setup so that the Support team can diagnose your issue further. Thank you.

Description of Issue
I am running Roon Server from a Mac Mini, and I have not another install.
It just suddenly stopped finding my NAS. When I try to add the network path it says …
ERROR LOADING FOLDER - UNAUTHORIZED
I do find the NAS on the network, but Roon will simply not find it.
Ah, OK I understand now, the unauthorize message was from the Watched Folder mount operation for the NAS.
What message (if any) do you get for the Watched Folder on the Lumin? Some screenshots of Roon’s Settings > Storage would be useful.
I still do not know why it happened, but I installed roon server on another computer and it worked. Did a restore on my mac and installed roon again - all good now
