Roon will not open my Qobuz subscription

Description of Issue

Roon is not accepting Qobuz as my streaming service. It did function for about 6 months, then stopped.
Qobuz is paid for annually and the service works fine from my computer, however, Roon stopped accepting the service. When I got to the Service page and select Qobuz…Roon will not load.
I have the correct username and password, as verified by the fact that the same username and password functions on my Mac-mini.

Reboot your Core machine. This has seemingly happened to a lot of people. Everyone I have suggested rebooting has worked. Power cycle reboot the Core.

Try using your email address and not username.

Like @Rugby mentioned, using the full email address to log in can often times resolve the issue. If you find that it doesn’t, try restarting your core and logging in again. I’ll be monitoring to see if things worked for you so please let me know!
