Roon with Dali NPM-1 BluOS 3.14 uncertificated

Dear Roon team,

I recently acquired a Roon lifetime subscription and was surprised to see that Roon does not support BluOs’ built-in Dali sound hub. Could you tell me what the problem is?

Devices: Dali Callisto C2, Dali sound hub with NPM-1 BluOS 3.14.

You need to contact Dali and ask, it’s up to the manufacturer to put the devices in to Roon.

Every BluOs device has to be individually submitted for certification to be approved to be Roon Ready. No device automatically gets it based on it being BluoS. Not every device will be submitted it’s up to the vendors to decide if they want it. Dali as far as I know decided against it. Always check your products thoroughly.
